Games We Play

Caleb and I have started playing games together. One is called "Guess What is Different" - Here's how we play it. I put Annalise in her carseat and Caleb goes to the front of the van and pushes a few buttons. Then we buckle him in and I start the van and try to figure out what's different - sometimes the hazzard lights are on, sometimes the a/c's turned as hot as it can go, you get the idea.

The other game is a version of "Hide and Seek". Basically Caleb hides (leaves) his sippy cup somewhere in the house and I seek (for days) to find it. (Sometimes we play a similar game with his shoes.) I think my favorite hiding place was the pantry, but the garage takes a close second.

In other news, please don't think I'm bragging when I say, ANNALISE SLEPT SIX STRAIGHT HOURS LAST NIGHT! :) :) :) Ok, I am bragging...

  1. I play the same games with Dad!! He puts the dishes away and I seek them. Then he misplaces his credit card and I look for it! It continues with glasses, slippers, etc.
