Last year I pulled a bunch of pranks on the kids, which really came back to bite me because the kids had high expectations of their toddler-chasing-mom this year. A last minute google search for "easy April fools pranks" yielded putting a drop of food coloring on their tooth brushes...and it totally worked!

As a even more last minute/after though I remembered I had some small foil covered chocolate eggs and I carefully unwrapped 3 and put the foil on grapes. They liked the stunt even more when I produced the peeled eggs :)
