Encouragement to Not Give Up.

One of Caleb's chores is to make his bed every morning.  This has been one of his chores (at least to some degree) ever since he started sleeping in a bed instead of a crib!  Not every day, but often enough I would ask him to watch me make it, to see how I lined up the edge with the wood, how I pulled the top straight, how I tucked in the edges.  Yet, morning after morning the bedspread would be haphazardly pulled up, technically made, but not really neat.  And then yesterday, Caleb came downstairs and told me, "I watched how you made my bed yesterday and today I did it the same way!"  (The way he said it, it sounded like it was the first time I had ever showed him!)  And the bed in the picture is the bed he made by himself with no help.

So that's encouraging to me and I hope to you too :)
