When I worked at the BCM, they bought a new banner. the secretary submitted text to the printer and put quotes around part of it intending for them to italicize it. I think it was a part that read "All are Welcome". Well they didn't italicize it. Can this be what happened here? I guess the world will never know...
ha! yeah, guess they are being sarcastic, it's a real "playground", they were so disappointed in how the playground turned out :) br
