Here is the scenario: You are going camping in a remote part of Florida and you cannot take either of these books with you: But you do have time to read one or both of them, do you read them both or just one - if one, which one and why?
I would read Poisonous Plants, Snakes, Insects. If I know the plants won't KILL me, I figure I can assume they are at least semi-edible (but maybe not palatable). Knowing which snakes & insects are poisonous seems a bit important.

ReplyDeleteGood point about the snakes, etc. I was thinking I'd read the Edible book and just assume everything else is poisonous.
