84 Months and 3 Months...respectively

Yesterday was Annalise's 7th birthday!  About a week ago, she came to me at bedtime and asked me if I'd get up with her at 6am to make paper dolls before the other kids got up.  A VERY BIG part of me wanted to say no, however, I was so heart-warmed by her wanting to spend time with me, I agreed.  I made strong coffee and we had a very nice 45 minutes making paper dolls.
Her cake request was "a chocolate cake with chocolate chips in it and chocolate frosting...oh and icing roses".  I made the roses with royal icing, with totally the wrong Wilton tip and they look extremely unimpressive, but she was very happy with them.
Swirlies, hearts, flowers, extra unnecessary decorations - totally Annalise!

And today... she lost her first tooth!
Annalise isn't the only girlie in our house celebrating a special day.  Irene turned 3 months old today.
It is kind of hard to get a picture of her smiling.  She'll smile at me, but not the camera, so I play peek a boo with the camera and the pictures do not always turn out right!
