How Does My Garden Grow?

Maybe we're a little impatient for our green things to become pick-able, but I think it's also that I realized just in time that it's time to pick strawberries in Florida. The kids and I went to a u-pick farm (Knass Berry Farm actually), but they were cleaned out from a big weekend, would we like to pick tomatoes instead? Yes, yes we would. And so we did:Annalise took this picture (she is getting so much better at taking pictures!)

And the mini-photographer herself:

Back on the farm....

Our green thing are growing and vining and a trellis is built, but only time will tell if there will be a harvest. We do have buds on the cucumber plants though.

Cucumber vine looking for something to grab:

Pea trellis:

Pea vines, it is kind of fun to see how tightly they can wrap around the lines:

Cucumber buds:

Fuzzy cantelope plant (My expectations are lowest for these.)

Cilantro starting to look familiar:
I have heard cilantro is very difficult to grow, but so far, it is doing the best of my new herbs.
